My name is Bob. During the summer of 2013 I noticed that I was losing weight at an unhealthy rate. In October, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. I was told that without treatment, I could expect to live 6 months. Treatment included chemo-therapy and radiation. Quality was more important than quantity to me, so I refused treatment. That’s when Osha’s advice and lifestyle changes became relevant.
Like most people in the west, my eating habits were about as unhealthy as you could get. Cheeseburgers, processed foods, etc. No surprise my health got that bad during the years.
I completely cut out all red meat, dairy, and processed foods. I purchased a blender/juicer, and started making smoothies. (from both fruit and veggies.) Every morning I drank a “shot” of fresh wheatgrass juice. (My neighbor grew the wheatgrass in trays). I also started meditating twice a day, morning, and evening.
It took a week or so to get used to the changes. It was sort of like my body was going through a kind of “junk food withdrawal.” After a month or so, I noticed I was starting to feel physically stronger. I started walking every day. I was determined to beat this thing. My self-confidence increased dramatically. I started writing again. I didn’t feel like I was waiting to die, I felt like I was starting to live again.
Six months after my diagnosis, my weight loss has stabilized, and I have more energy than I’ve had in years. I had a CT-scan at about 28 weeks. I was told that most of the tumors had shrunk and there were no new ones. I realize that it took a long time for those tumors to grow, and I realize that it may take years to go into total remission, but I do feel that I’m winning the battle.
Whenever I had questions, Osha answered them almost immediately. She checked on me if I didn’t write for a long of time. She has the patience of a Saint. I could really tell that Osha cared how things were going. She sent me links to video’s and research that helped me a lot.
The reason I’m writing this is to tell anyone who will listen that Osha is a natural born healer. Her system works. Nothing in life is guaranteed, but I truly feel that conventional chemo and radiation would have been a fatal mistake for me. Like I said earlier, the video links to other people who have been completely cured of many different types of cancer, proved to me that “natural healing” as I call it, combined with verification through modern medicine, is the best path to take. You have to be motivated, think positively, and have a strong support group behind you.
Please, whoever is reading this, don’t make the mistakes I did. Get motivated before you get sick. I’m living proof that Osha knows what she’s doing. I owe her my life, literally.
