One Non-diet Trick That Will Make A Huge Difference In Your Weight Loss

Are you still not happy with your body? Do you know that you should change your diet and exercise more, but still don’t do it? Ask yourself why. I bet you come up with tons of reasons:

  • You don’t have time;
  • don’t have access to a gym;
  • eating healthy costs too much;
  • you have to cook for your family;
  • you like to go out with your friends;
  • you can’t keep yourself motivated;
  • you just love chocolate too much; or
  • you are too tired to exercise.

If you think that you can’t do it – you’re right. If you think that YOU CAN, you’re also right.

You don’t have the body of your dreams YET

You don’t have the body of your dreams only because you let yourself have these excuses and you believe in them. But you know what?  I am really sure that you can ditch your excuses and make a decision that you deserve a perfect body and perfect health.

Your unconscious mind WILL ALWAYS figure it out…

Instead of asking yourself why you cannot do this or that, ask yourself “How can I make it work in my situation? How can I put more exercise in my routine and enjoy the process? How can I eat healthier and enjoy the process?” You’ll come up with great ideas, e.g. maybe you can go to bed 30 min earlier and wake up 30 min earlier to do some exercise. Maybe you can work out while watching your favorite TV show. Maybe you can steam your food instead of frying, and include more salads, etc. When you ask quality questions, you’ll get quality answers. Just ask yourself. Your unconscious mind will always figure it out. Depending of the difficulty of the task it may take 3 seconds or a few days.

Until one day I made a decision…

I surely know that you can have your dream body! YOU deserve to become the best version of yourself. I used to think it’s really hard and I didn’t have the right genes to be fit, therefore I was finding tons of excuses. One day I made a decision to see that it is easy and I can do it. If I can do it, you can do it too.

… You deserve it …

So make your health and fitness a priority and decide to eat clean and exercise at least 30 min every day (it could be as light as stretching or as intense and lifting heavy weights).  Most importantly – know that you deserve it and that’s not rocket science.

Every great accomplishment starts with a decision to try. You can do it, I believe in you!!
