Being a nutritionist and a raw foodie for several years, I know how to make fancy and impressive raw vegan gourmet dishes. But do I make them and eat them on a daily basis? No. No way. I don’t have time or a willingness to spend hours in the kitchen.
I like to eat simply, and most of my meals take less than 10 minutes to prepare. I’ve recently come up with this amazing raw dessert that is also perfect as a breakfast meal, pre- or post-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up.
