Have you been eating healthy food, exercising regularly and still cannot lose weight?
I know how you feel. If you’ve read my story, you know that the first 20 pounds fell off pretty easily, but then I reached a weight loss plateau. My weight stabilized at 143 lbs (65 kg). I was healthy and eating a whole food plant-based diet but the number on the scale was just not going down.
It wasn’t as frustrating as weighing 165 lbs (75 kg) and having many health issues, because, as I said, I was already healthy and feeling pretty good. But I still felt the need to shed some more fat. Plus, I wanted to find more effective ways to help my clients.
So I’ve been doing research in the last few years. I found and tested many techniques. I’ll share these techniques with you in the free weight loss video series.
I’ll start with the first technique which, as studies have shown, helps balance blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity, regulate hunger hormones, reduce inflammation and even prevent cancer. It’s called intermittent fasting. Just before you freak out and say: “Oh, but fasting is extreme, I don’t want to do that!”, just watch today’s videos and you’ll see that it’s nothing close to extreme, it’s actually pretty easy, yet very effective.
