Let’s face it – the people who are so passionate about their diet and healthy lifestyle (or anything else really!) may be annoying at times! Especially if you’re not ready and not interested in changing.
But we’ve all been these at some point in our lives, right? At least that’s what I like to believe, haha :)
Maybe you were passionate about a specific topic, some kind of music or a type of sport?
But if you love something so much it does not necessarily mean that everyone will love it too. I had to learn it the hard way, unfortunately.
In the beginning of my journey to health I was so passionate about the plant-based diet, that I thought I had to go on a mission to convert everyone from burger lovers to banana munchers.
Mistake! Oh dear, it’s a little embarrassing but maybe you can relate to it? I tell the story about how I screwed up giving advice on weight loss in today’s episode.
After all of this, I have learned three very important lessons out of the experience. Since that incident I have completely changed my attitude towards spreading information and inspiring others.
