My blog has been abandoned since July last year. No, I wasn’t hit by a truck or came back to my day-job. Instead, I focused 100% of my time and attention (maybe more like 110%) on the first launch of my “baby” – the Lovetarian Detox online program.
I loved the whole process, and especially the feedback and results from the participants. The program started at the end of September last year and it will be re-launched again this spring.
However, I got a little bit burned out, so I went back to Europe to visit my family and took a long two month holiday. I was so mentally exhausted that I didn’t want to do anything work-related for the whole period of two months. I enjoyed my time with family and friends.
As soon as I came back, I started working on a few projects:
1. The Lovetarian Way – A Soulful Approach to Weight Loss
This is my new online program that helps you reprogram your body and mind to be fit and start losing weight without deprivation, dieting or torturing yourself with crazy workouts. We all know how to lose weight (or at least have an idea), but we often just don’t do it!
Why?? Well, you can watch these free training videos and find out what’s the real reason for carrying excess weight. Whether you chose to join the program or not, I’m sure you’ll benefit immensely from these videos.
2. The Lovetarian Diet food blog
My love for healthy and easy-to-prepare food is finally going to manifest into a blog. I’ve been learning food photography in the last couple of months, so I cannot just share with you delicious plant-based recipes, but also show you how incredible and appetizing healthy food can look!
And by the way, all the recipes are going to be free of refined sugar and free of oil!

4. Lovetarian Detox is coming up!
My 3-week weight loss kickstart program is going to be re-open in April 2015! When it’s launched, you’ll be able to watch the free weight loss training videos and then sign up for a program if you feel you’re ready to take your health and fitness to the next level.

5. 365 day Yoga challenge
It was my birthday on the 8th of March and I felt inspired to do a 365 day challenge of daily yoga until my next birthday.
I have a strange relationship with yoga. I’m bad at it (naturally the least flexible person I know), but I absolutely love it! I feel my best when I practice it regularly but for some reason I often fall off the yoga bandwagon, without experiencing the long lasting results that it may bring.
I’m also really attracted to yoga, my heart always screams to me “Yoga is so good! Do more of it”. I guess it’s time to listen. Stay tune for an update in March 2016.
